APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGNS
(20th Century Homes)
VHEFEAS 20th Century Homes has requested the placement of a
temporary sign measuring 4' x 5', lettered on both sides,
advertising their model home in the Parkland Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign is to be located on the south side
of S.T.H. 24 at the end of Parkland Drive, and
WHEREAS the request is for one year approval for temporary
signs ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Huskego does hereby approve of the placing of a temporary sign
as requested by 20th Century Homes for a period of one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned
upon the removal of the three non-conforming signs now located
in the area of the proposed temporary sign.
