APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Ruekert & Mielke,
Inc., April 17, 1974, has been submitted to finalize a 1.03 acre
division of property in the City's Industrial Park for Roland S.
and Carol J. Konieczka, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this division was approved
by the Plan Commission on April 16, 1974,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
0 of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Zouncil approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a 1.03 acre division of
property in the City's Industrial Park.
