REFERRAL OF SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER

WHEREAS plans have been submitted by Gilbert Gurnieny for
a small engine repair shop in the OHS District on Janesville
Road near its intersection with Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS the existing building, formerly occupied by Sam
Javanovich, was granted a conditional use for an automobile
repair shop, and
WHEREAS plans to enlarge the present structure are included
0 in the preliminary sketch and the proposed use for the building
is somewhat different than what it had been previously approved fOK
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the preliminary plans for a
small engine repair shop as submitted by Gilbert Gumieny be
referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee for review and recomenda tion.
