REFERRAL OF FINAL PLAT M PLANNING CONSULTANT,
ZONING OFFICER AND HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT
(Sonoma Park, Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS the final plat of Sonoma Park (formerly Oleinik
Subdivision) a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon,
which falls within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefore is under thei 1: extra-territorial jurisdiction,
and
WHEREAS approval of the preliminary plat was granted by
the Plan Commission on November 20, 1973, subject to approval of
the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Environmental Health, and
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received notification from
the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Health and Social Services and
the Dept. of Local Affairs and Development that they object to
the proposed subdivision, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision lies adjacent to the City
of Muskego,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the final plat of the proposed
subdivision known as Sonoma Park be referred to the Planning Con-
sultant, Zoning Officer and the Supt. of Public Works for review
and recommenda tion.
