dHEREAS Parkland Plaza is requesting a change in their Planned
Development Overlay, and
&MEREAS, they have requested permission to construct a small
building in the parking lot that would offer photo service,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above request be referred
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for study and recommendation.
