APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURE OF NATIONAL HOME
(HILLENDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS Theodore Bares, Hartland, iJisconsin, has applied for
a building permit for construction of a single family dwelling on
Lot 14, Block D, Hillendale Heights Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Building Inspector Lee has submitted the plans for
this proposed dwelling as he deems them to be in possible conflict
with Section 6.11 (2) B. which states, "No building shall be
I permitted the design or exterior appearance of which is so identic-
al with those adjoining as to create excessive monotony and drabness.Il,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission is to judge the building appearance
0 and a building permit shall not be issued until the Commission has
approved said plans, and
k'fHZREAS, in the building inspector's opinion, similar homes are
located on Lots 9 and 13, Block A, and Lot 16, Block D.
THEREFORE BE IT RZSOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
hluskego does hereby approve of the plans submitted by Thomas Bares
for a single family dwelling on Lot 14, Block D, Hillendale Heights
Subdivision.
