APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR FOUR PARCEL DIVISION
(ANNA MAHN - ROSS-HAVEN REALTY)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a four parcel division
of the Anna Mahn property in Section 12 by Ross-Haven Realty, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft.
lots with 110' average width, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the sketch
and has recommended approval of the four parcel division subject
to the condition that if there would be any future divisions of
this property a comprehensive neighborhood plan be submitted, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Officer has also reviewed the sketch and
has reported that the lots meet the RS-2 zoning requirements in
size and average width with proper road dedication on Woods Road
and Durham Drive,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego would be receptive to a certified survey of the four
parcel division of the Anna Mahn property in Section 12.
