PCR19740460 RESOLUTION #P. C. 46-74 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO PUNNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ATTORNEY REFERRAL OF REVISION TO DURHAM MEADOWS WHEREAS Lot 9 in Durham Meadows Subdivision was approved for a 32 unit development, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the building and site plan December 5, 1972, which had been prepared by Architect Ken Kurtz, and WHEREAS Warjo Construction Co, has submitted a revised building and site plan for a 32 unit development on Lot 9 of the Durham Meadows planned development, and WHEREAS the revised proposal indicates an 8 parcel division of this lot and the plan proposes a different arrangement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer this revised plan to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and to the city attorney for determination if, in his opinion, a public hearing would be required because such change would constitute a substantial alteration of the original plan and to determine the affect this new proposal would have on the sub- division agreement.
