APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR IAND DIVISION
(CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK - KONIECZKA)
WHEREAS the Common Council has accepted an offer to purchase a
a one acre parcel of property in the City's Industrial Park from
Ronald and Carol Konieczka for the purpose of constructing a plumbing
business, and
WHEREAS the one acre parcel is known as Lot 9, Unrecorded
Industrial Park, and is located on Gemini Drive west of the Gumieny
property and conforms to the preliminary plat which has been approved
for the development of the City's Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the one acre parcel division in the
City's Industrial Park and will be receptive to the receipt of a
certified survey map.
