APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK - GUMIENY)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Ruekert 23 Mielke,
Inc., April 8th, 1974, has been submitted to finalize a one acre
division of property on Gemini Drive in the City's Industrial
Park for Robert Gumieny, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this division was approved
by the Plan Commission March 19th, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize a one acre division of property
in the Cityls Industrial Park.
