APPROVAL OF BUILDING. SITE
AND OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR ANTIQUE SHOP
(JAMES & DARLENE WIESNER)
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been sub-
mitted by James and Darlene Wiesner for approval of an antique
sale and repair shop in the former Lichucki grocery store, S63
W18603 Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted use-by-right in this B-1 District,
and
WHEREAS the site plan includes a request for a change in the
content of the existing sign on the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the building, site and operational
plans, including change in sign content, for an antique sale and
repair shop at S63 W18603 Martin Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is granted subject
to the conditions that there will not be an outside sales area,
that there will be no outside storage, and that the existing free-
standing sign be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned
upon the Owner of the building taking the necessary measures to
upgrade the exterior.
