APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR SECOND GARAGE STRUfXURE
(MERLE E. HIJKHISON)
WHEREAS Mr. Merle E. Hutchison, W133 S8153 N. View Drive, has
requested a permit to construct a 24' x 36' second garage structure,
and
WHEREAS in making their determination, the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) is to determine in accordance with Section
4.05 (1) B. of the zoning ordinance that such accessory structure
will not create a nuisance or substantial adverse effect on the
property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties,
and
0 WHEREAS the lot in question is in excess of 1-3/4 acres and the
proposed location of the garage will have an approximately 151'
setback from Hi View Drive and will be approximately 36' from the
nearest lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a 24l x 36' second
garage structure.
