REFERRAL OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
(RITE REALTY - AL BASSE PROPERTY)
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS Nelson & Associates, Inc., have submitted a development
study for the Alvin Basse property near Bay Lane and Janesville
Road in Section 10 for Rite Realty Corporation, and
WHEREAS they have indicated in their communication dated April
loth, 1974, that the study is offered as a basis for discussion with
the Commission and its technical advisors and is not intend2d to be
a preliminary plat nor a rezoning petition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this development study to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele.
