APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
(2oTH CENTURY HOMES)
WHEREAS 20th Century Homes, Inc., have requested permission
to place a 4' x 5', temporary sign on the northwest corner of
Janesville Road and Parkland Drive, and
WHEREAS the sign will advertise model homes in the Parkland
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the size and locations of such signs shall be at the
discretion of the Plan Commission and will be located under other
applicable requirements of the code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby approve this request for temporary sign to
advertise model homes in the Parkland Subdivision for a period of
three months.
