REFERRAL OF LAND DIVISION
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
(ANNA MAHN - ROSS-HAVEN REALTY)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a four parcel division
of the Anna Mahn property in Section 12 by Ross-Haven Realty, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft.
lots with 110’ average width, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary to determine if this division would
be compatible with the comprehensive plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this proposed division of the Anna Mahn
property to Zoning Officer Lee and Planning Consultant Mangiamele 0 for review and recommendation.
