PCR19740380 RESOLUXON #P. C. 38-74 TO ZONING OFFICER AND PLANNING CONSULTANT REFERRAL OF PRELIMINARY SKETCH (JOHNNY STRASSER ) WHEREAS Johnny's Petroleum Products, S76 W17871 Janesville Road, is presently operating under Conditional Use Grant #15 which permits the operation of a filling station together with a 40' x 80' building for storage, truck parking and possible office space, and WHEREAS a preliminary sketch has now been submitted proposing an addition to the 40' x 80' building to be used for automobile service station purposes, and WHEREAS an extension of the requirement for asphalting the driveway was granted by the Plan Commission in 1972 pending the submission of the site plan for a new building, and WHEREAS the preliminary sketch for said building has been submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary sketch for the addition to the 40' x 80' building to Zoning Officer Lee and Planning Consul- tant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
