APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(ART THODE ESTATE)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Assoc. , Inc., February 27th. 1974, has been submitted to
finalize a 3.427 acre division from approximately 51 acres in the
NW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission February 5th. 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize the 3.427 acre division of the
Art Thode Estate property in Section 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
