APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(THE RIDGES 1
WHEREAS the final plat of The Ridges, prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, March 19th, 1974, has been submitted, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this subdivision of the Paul
Grober property in Section 6 was approved by the Plan Commission
February 5th, 1974, subject to the condition that Outlot 1 be
dedicated to the city, and
WHEREAS Outlot 1 was not included in the final plat submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of The Ridges
subject to the condition that Outlot 1 be included and designated
as "Dedicated to the City".
