DENIAL OF LAND DIVISION
(LEONARD SHERPER)
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Leonard Sherper for the division
of two 42,000 sq. ft. lots on the former Fred Farnsrrorth property
near the corner of Gold Drive and College Avenue was referred to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
area and has recommended denial of this land division in his report
dated April 16th. 1974, because this proposed land division including
cul-de-sac would not provide a good residential development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby concur with report from the planning consultant
and does hereby deny the request of Leonard Sherper for land division
as submitted.
