PCR1974031RESOLmION #P. C. 31-74 DENIAL OF LAND DIVISION AND VARIANCE (LLOYD ERNO) 0 WHEREAS a request for a two parcel division of the Lloyd Erno property, S106 W20773 North Shore Drive, was referred to the planning consultant and zoning officer at the last Planning Commission meeting, and WHEREAS this request for land division also includes a request for a 15' variance in average width for each lot to be created as they would not conform to the R-3 OLS District in which they are located, and WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reported that these lots do not abut a public road and in accordance with Section 4.07 (4) of the 0 Muskego Zoning Ordinance, a lot which does not abut a public road must be at least two acres or more in size, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended denial of this request in his report dated April 16th, 1974, as a step to prevent overcrowding of lake shores. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Lloyd Erno for land division and variance in average width in view of the reports from the planning consultant and zoning officer.
