DENIAL OF REVISED SITE PUN
(HOUSE OF HOMES, INC. )
WHEREAS a revised site plan for House of Homes, Inc., S63 W13131
Janesville Road, which indicated additional parking area, was referred
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review
and recommendation at the last Plan Commission meeting, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended in his
report dated April 16th. 1974, that this request be denied because
additional parking would contribute further to a condition not compatible
with the surrounding residential area, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has indicated that an occupancy permit
for the building has not been issued and the matter has been referred
to the city attorney for legal action for compliance of occupancy require-
ments.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does, in view of the reports from the planning consultant and
zoning officer, hereby deny this request for revision in the site plan
of House of Homes, Inc., to permit additional parking area.
