REPERRAL OF PLANS FOR SENIOR CITIZEN RETIREMENT CENTER
TO PLANNING CONSULTANT MfiNG1AMEL.E
WHEREAS Rev. James Williams, Executive Director of Covenant
Living Centers, Inc., has submitted a proposal for Knollwood Manor,
a retirement center which would include 180 apartments with adjoining
60 bed nursing facility, 126 apartment units and approximately 50
single family homes, and
WHEREAS this proposed retirement center is to be constructed i.n.the
Mus-kee-guac planned unit development area, and
WHEREAS this is a proposed change in the planned unit development
of Mus-Kee-guac which has already been approved by the city.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
0 Muskego does hereby refer this proposal for Knollwood Manor to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review of the site plan and also to determine
whether or not it is sufficiently different from the original plan
to warrant another public hearing prior to making recommendation to the
Common Council.
