REFERRAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION TO PUNNING CONSULTANT
(LEONARD SHERPER PROPERTY)
WHEREAS Mr. Leonard Sherper has submitted a sketch for the
division of two 42,000 sq. ft. lots on the former Fred Parnsworth
property near the corner of Gold Drive and College Avenue, and
WHEREAS this area is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lots more than meet
these requirements, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary to determine if the arrangement
of these lots and the cul-de-sac would be in the best interests of
the city and to Jewel Creek;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for a two parcel division
of the Leonard Sherper property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
