APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR IlwD DIVISION
(CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK - GUMIENY)
WHEREAS the Common Council has accepted an offer to purchase
a one acre parcel of property in the City's Industrial Park from
Robert Gumieny for the purpose of constructing a warehouse, and
WHEREAS the one acre parcel of property is located on Gemini
Drive directly west of the L & L Lithographing Co., and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for this division conforms to the
preliminary plat which has been approved for the development of the
City's Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the one acre parcel division in
the City's Industrial Park and will be receptive to the receipt of
a certified survey map.
