REFERRAL OF SCHAEFER FARM PHASES TO PLANNING CONSULTAm
WHEREAS Shephard, Legan and Aldrian have submitted a petition
to rezone approximately 203 acres of the George Schaefer family
and Lakeland West property in Section 8 and 17 from RS-1 and RS-2
to RS-2 with an OPD planned development overlay to permit a develop-
ment under one unified concept, and
WHEREAS at their meeting January 15th, 1974, th@'Plan Commission
requested that the developers return with a step by step plan because
as proposed the development would use up all available sewerage capacity
in the northwest system, and
WHEREAS the developers have now submitted four phases for develop-
@ ment.
THEREFORE BE IT RBOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer these plans for phased development to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
