Development Overlay District on the former Lazynski-Beck property
in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 submitted by Herbert C. Puetzer has been
withdrawn, anil
WHEREAS Mr. Puetzer has now submitted a sketch for the
development of a 97 lot, single family subdivision,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for Kristin Downs, a proposed
single family subdivision, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
0 review and recommendation.
