REFERRAL OF REOUEST FOR LAND DIVISION AND VARIANCE
TO PUNNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER

WHEREAS Mr. Lloyd Erno, S106 W20773 North Shore Drive, has
submitted a request for a two parcel division of his property
which is located in the NE 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS this is an R-3 OLS District which requires lots of 100'
average width with 26,666 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed will more than meet the square footage
required, however, will have less average width than required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby re$er this request for land division to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommen-
dation.
