APPROVAL OF REVISED SITE PIAN (AS AMENDED)
(COAST TO COAST)

WHEREAS Coast to Coast has requested a revision in their site
plan to permit a 16' x 60', hced enclosure along the west side of
their building on Westwood Drive, and
WHEREAS this area will be used for display and aales of such
items as lawn mowers, gym sets, lawn furniture, etc., and
WHEREAS it is also their request to construct a fiber glass
covering over the display area in the future.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revision in site plan to permit
a 16' x 60', fenced enclosure as submitted.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not include the con-
struction of the fiber glass covering.
