C. 20-74 (AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR SANDY BEACH SUBDIVISION ~ ~ - ~~ ~. ~~ . __ "" ~- - " ~ .. - ~ WHEREAS Robert & Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane, have submitted a revised sketch for a 17 lot subdivision prepared by Jahnke & Jahnke Associates, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District without sewer which requires 15,000 sq. ft. lots with 100' average width and the sketch submitted indicates that the lots will meet these requirements, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the sketch and has recommended approval subject to the condition that Lot 17 and the drainage reservation along the east of Sandy Beach Road be designated as Outlot 1 and dedicated to the City of Muskego. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the revised sketch for Sandy Beach Subdivision and will be receptiveto the submission of a preliminary plat which indicates that Lot 17 and the drainage reservation along the east of Sandy Beach Road is designated as Outlot 1 and dedicated to the City of Muskego. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the comments of Planning Consultant Mangiamele in his report dated March 19th, 1974, be considered prior to the preparation of the preliminary plat.
