REFERRAL OF REVISED SITE PIAN TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
(HOUSE OF HOMES, INC. )
WHEREAS Mr. John Couture has submitted a revised site plan for
House of Homes, Inc., S63 W13131 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the revised site plan provides for the expansion of the
parking area to include 10 additional parking spaces at the rear of
the building, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the original site plan in
April, 1972, subject to the conditions that screening be provided
along the rear lot line and that the parking area be landscaped.
THEREFORE BE IT R3SOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
0 Muskego does hereby refer this revised site plan to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
