RESOLUTION #P. C. 18-74
RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(KOTCHI - NAPIENTEK)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert A. Hilmer
of Hurley Engineering Service has been submitted to finalize a two
parcel division of the Henry Kotschi property known as Lot 2, Block
8, Glenbrook Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by the Plan
Commission February 5, 1974, in Resolution #P. C. 8-74 which also
granted a 2,125 sq. foot variance per lot because of the necessity
for a 17 foot road dedication along College Avenue, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map indicates the 17 foot road
dedication.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of Lot 2,
Block 8, Glenbrook Subdivision subject to the approval of the
0 city engineer.
