RECOMMENDATION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO MUSKEG0 ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS on December 28th, 1971, the Common Council adopted
Ordinance #205 which was the result of a recommendation from the Plan
Commission, and
WliEREAS said ordinance amended the Muskego Zoning Ordinance to
permit duplexes by conditional grant in the RSA, RSM and Business
Districts, and
WHEREAS after study and review, Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Lee have recommended that duplexes be removed as
conditional use grants from the RSM, RSA and Business Districts, and
WHEREAS it is their further recommendation that the statement
of intent in the RSA District be amended in order for duplexes to
be permitted as a use-by-right, and
WHEREAS these amendments would then provide for the construction
of duplexes in the RSA District as well as planned unit developments.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance be amended to remove duplexes as a conditional use
grant in the RSA, RSM and Business Districts and that the statement of
intent in the RSA District be amended to permit duplexes as a use-by-
right.
