APPROVAL OF RETENTION WND - MERVYN TESS
WHEREAS Mr. Mervyn Tess, W187 S9246 Racine Avenue, has
requested approval to construct a 12' deep, 150' x 250' retention
pond for drainage purposes in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, and
WHEREAS such ponds are useful for the retention of flood
waters, have esthetic value, and are beneficial to wildlife.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Mervyn Tess to
construct a retention pond for drainage purposes in Section 20.
