REFERRAL OF PLANS TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
(ADKINS PLUMBING & HEATING CO., INC.)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a 7.2 acre division
of the Chester Luedke property located south of the intersection
of Martin Drive and Janesville Road in Sections 3 and 10, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned 1-1 (Industrial Park District)
and
WHEREAS the proposed division is to permit the Adkins Plumbing
& Heating Co. to construct a 100' x 81' building to be used for
their plumbing business, and
WHEREAS the proposed division is in the area of a proposed
e parkway as indicated on the official highway width map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for land division to
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
