REFERRAL OP PLANS TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ATTORNEY
(HALIADA CONSTRUCTION C.
WHEREAS plans and specifications prepared by Waldemar W. Lange,
architect, on February 2, 1974, have been submitted for the proposed
addition to the Hallada Construction Co., S63 W13563 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS the building inspector has also received an application
for an occupancy permit, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission must determine whether or not the
proposed use of the building would result in greater or no less
degree of conformity than the former Lindner Septic Works in accor-
dance with Section 4.06 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance before making
a decision on the request for an expansion of the building, and
WHEREAS sufficient information has not been provided as to
the exact purpose for which the premises will be used, a description
of that use, and the type of equipment necessary for operation.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this matter to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for recommendation as it relates to planning, to City
Attorney Buckley for his opinion as it relates to legal status and
back to the petitioner for additional information as to the use and
operation of the premises.
