APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS

WHEREAS plans have been submitted which were prepared by
Metal Structures, Inc., in January, 1974, for the construction
of a 100' x 122' building addition to be used for warehouse
purposes at Reynolds Machine Co., S66 W17626 Martin Dr
WHEREAS this is an 1-1 (Industrial Park District)
plans as submitted will comply with the regulations of
district.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the building, site and operational
plans for the construction of a 100' x 122' building to be used
for warehouse purposes at Reynolds Machine Co. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that construction begins within one year.
