APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRAm #63
(WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER CO.)
WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #63 was granted to the Wisconsin
Electric Power Co. on February 20, 1973, to permit the construction
and operation of an electric power distribution center on approximately
1-1/2 acres of property located at S78 W16400 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions of this grant is that it shall be
void unless proper application for appropriate building, zoning use
and occupancy permits is made within 12 months of the date granted, and
WHEREAS the Wisconsin Electric Power Co. has requested an exten-
sion of this condition for a period of six months because the delivery
of the electric power distribution center has been delayed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant this request for a six month extension of
Conditional Use Grant #63.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for the appropriate
building, zoning use and occupancy permit shall be made on or before
August 20, 1974.
