APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(ART THODE - TF.D LUDWIG)
WHEREAS a preliminary plat has been submitted by Ted Ludwig for
the division of a 3.43 acre parcel from approximately 51 acres in
the NW 1/4 of Section 26, (Art Thode Estate), and
WHEREAS this is an Agricultural District which requires 120,000
sq. foot lots with 300 foot average width, and the lot proposed more
than meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS this parcel does not abut a public road, however, in
accordance with Section 4.07 of the zoning ordinance, the Plan Commis-
sion may approve such lot if the parcel is at least 2 acres in area and
provided that such lot has access by permanent easement to a public
street or approved way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the division of a 3.43 acres from
approximately 51 acres in Section 26.
