APPROVAL OF SKETM FOR IAND DIVISION
(KOTCHI - NAPIENTEK)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Mr. Gregory Napientek
for the division of Lot 2, Block 8, Glenbrook Subdivision, owned
by Henry Kotschi, and
lots with 120 foot average width, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-1 District which requires 30,000 sq. foot
average width but would be 46 feet less in sq. footage per lot than
required using the existing ownership boundaries, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed would more than meet the required

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for this proposed division
of Lot 2, Block 8, Glenbrook Subdivision, and that the Commission
will be receptive to a certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is being granted with
the recognition that the 2,125 sq. foot shortage is a result of a
need for dedication of 17 feet along College Avenue.
