PCR1974008RESOLUTION #P. C. 8-74 APPROVAL OF SKETM FOR IAND DIVISION (KOTCHI - NAPIENTEK) WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Mr. Gregory Napientek for the division of Lot 2, Block 8, Glenbrook Subdivision, owned by Henry Kotschi, and lots with 120 foot average width, and WHEREAS this is an RS-1 District which requires 30,000 sq. foot average width but would be 46 feet less in sq. footage per lot than required using the existing ownership boundaries, and WHEREAS the lots proposed would more than meet the required WHEREAS it is necessary that 17 feet across the front of the lots be dedicated to the city for road purposes as required when the official highway width map was adopted and in this case would then create a required variance of 2,125 sq. feet per lot, and WHEREAS in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division Ordi- nance such variances may be granted by the Plan Commission where in provisions of Section 7.6 when it is determined that it shall be their judgment it would be inappropriate to apply literally the and purpose of this ordinance or the desirable general development of hensive plans or adopted plan components. the city in accordance with adopted regional, county or city compre- without detriment to the public good, without impairing the intent THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the sketch for this proposed division of Lot 2, Block 8, Glenbrook Subdivision, and that the Commission will be receptive to a certified survey map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is being granted with the recognition that the 2,125 sq. foot shortage is a result of a need for dedication of 17 feet along College Avenue.
