RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
(KRISTIN DOWNS)
WHEREAS a petition requesting to establish anOPD Planned
Development Overlay District on the former Lazynski-Beck property
in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 to be known as Kristin Downs submitted
by Herbert C. Puetzer was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele, in his report dated
December 18, 1973, has indicated that the proposed development is
not imaginative nor of sufficient variation to justify a planned
development overlay district.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial of the
request of Herbert Puetzer to establish an OPD Planned Development
Overlay District on the former Lazynski-Beck property in the SE 1/4
of Section 9. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recommendation is based on the
premise that the proposed development is not imaginative nor of
sufficient variation to justify a planned development overlay district.
