RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR REZONING
(TI NTI -DAEDA)
WHEREAS the petition submitted by Attorney Jack Radtke, agent
for Elmer Tinti and Richard Daeda, requesting approval to rezone
approximately 2.5 acres of property in Section 9 from RS-2 with an
Overlay for Lake Recreation to RSM to permit construction of a 16
family apartment building was submitted to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation at the last meeting,
and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended denial of
this rezoning request and has stated reasons for same in his report
dated February 5, 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby concur with the planning consultant's recommendation
and recommends to the Common Council that the request to rezone
approximately 2.5 acres of property in Section 9 from RS-2 with an
OLR Overlay to RSM be denied.
