(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PUT FOR THE RIDGES
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat for The Ridges prepared by
Stanley J. Potrykus for Harmony Homes, Inc., on the Paul Grober
property in Section 6 was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
of the revised preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVELI that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby concur with recommendation from the planning
consultant and does recommend to the Common Council approval of the
revised preliminary plat for The Ridges.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that Outlot 1 be dedicated to the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the receipt
of an acceptable developer's agreement and covenants for the subdivision.
