REFERRAL OF REZONING PETITION TO PJANNING CONSULTANT
(ATTORNEY JACK RADTKE, AGENT FOR ELMER TINT1 & RICHARD DAEDA)
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Attorney Jack Radtke,
agent for Elmer Tinti and Richard Daeda, requesting approval to
rezone approximately 2.5 acres of property in Section 9 from RS-2
with an Overlay for Lake Recreation to RSM to permit construction
of a 16 family apartment, and
WHEREAS the proposed apartment building is to be located
between the existing tavern (Lakeview Gardens) and the Parkland
Plaza condominium development to the south, and
0 WHEREAS the Common Council has scheduled a public hearing to
be held at 7:OO P. M., February 26, 1974, to consider this request.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this petition for rezoning to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
