APPROVAL OF RETENTION POND - FRANCIS HENNEBERRY
WHEREAS Mr. Francis Henneberry, W187 S9231 Racine Avenue,
has requested approval to construct a 12' deep, 100' x 200'
retention pond for drainage purposes on approximately 15 acres of
property on Racine Avenue in Section 29 recently purchased from
Walter Groth, and
WHEIIEAS such ponds are L!scful for the retention of flood
waters, have esthetic value, and are beneficial to wildlife.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Francis Henneberry
to construct a retention pond for drainage purposes in Section 29.
