REFERRAL OF THE RIDGES
TO PLANNING CONSULTAm AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat for The Ridges has been
submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus for Harmony Homes, Inc., on the
Paul Grober property in Section 6, and
WHEREAS the original preliminary pl-at for The Ridges had been
referred back to the developers for a more acceptable layout and to
more closely relate to the comprehensive plan which indicates a
parkway along the creek as well as for resolution of several
drainage problems.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the revised preliminary plat for The
Ridges to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review of the layout
and its relation to the comprehensive plan and to Consulting
Engineers Ruekert & Mielke for review of the road layout and
water control.
