RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(WALTER GRUTH)
WHEREAS Mr. & Mrs. Walter R. Groth, W192 S9521 Racine Avenue,
have requested approval of a certified survey map prepared by
Francis G. Hasebrook November 20th. 1973, to finalize a one parcel
division 7.50 acres in size in Section 29, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by the
Plan Commission October 2nd, 1973, and
WHEREAS the property in question is located in an Agriculture
District which requires 3 acre parcels with 300' average width and
the division more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of
the certified survey map to finalize a two parcel division of the
Groth property in Section 29.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
by the city engineer.
