DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR SANDY BEACH SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a sketch for an eight parcel division of approximately
nine acres of property which abuts Woods Road and Bay Lane, Place
submitted by Robert and Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane,
was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended denial
of the sketch because the lots do not meet the double width require-
ment for development without sanitary sewer, that the proposed
development would create eight additional accesses to Woods Road
which might create a traffic hazard, and because of the odd shaped
triangular remnant of property which would be remaining.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego concurs with the planning consultant's recommendation
and does hereby deny the sketch submitted for Sandy Beach Subdivision.
