REFERRAL OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
(KRISTIN DoWNS)
WHEREAS Mr. Herbert C. Puetzer, president of M C Development
Co., Inc., has submitted a petition requesting to establish an
OPD Planned Development Overlay District on the former Lazynski-
Beck property in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 to be known as Kristin
Downs, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.02 (4) B. of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission shall make its recommendation
to the Common Council as to the appropriateness and desirability of
the proposed zoning change, the suitability of the building, site and
development plans, and any additional conditions which it may feel
necessary or appropriate after which the Common Council shall cause
a public hearing to be held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer this proposal for a planned development to
be known as Kristin Downs to Planning Consultant Mangiarnele for review
and recommendation.
