RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT
SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a preliminary plat has been submitted for a subdivision
in the Nw 1/4 of Section 4 to be known as Shagbark and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was prepared by National Exchangors,
Inc., August 1, 1973, for eleven lots which meet the requirements for
this RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS the State of Wisconsin Director of Local and Regional
Planning has not objected to this plat and the Waukesha County Park
and Planning Commission has not objected to this plat, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has advised that the lay-
out for the Shagbark Subdivision is acceptable and has recommended
that the area in the triangle of Martin Drive and College Avenue 0 should develop residentially.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
preliminary plat for Shagbark Subdivision prepared by National Exchangors,
Inc., be approved subject to the city receiving an acceptable developer's
agreement, acceptable deed restrictions and resolution of the drainage
problems as indicated by the consulting engineers in their report
dated September 21, 1973.
