ELEVATIONS, REVISED SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPING
APPROVAL OF FREEDOM SQUARE, PHASE IV
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred elevations for the
condominiums and clubhouse, revised site plan and landscaping
plans for Freedom Square, Phase IV, to Planning Consultant Mangia-
mele for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
subject to some revisions to the landscaping, carport design and
cul-de-sac location.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the elevations for the condominiums
and clubhouse, revised site plan and landscaping plans for Freedom
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is given subject
to the understanding that a review of therereational vehicle
storage buildings will be made by the Commission within one year
after completion of the project in order to assure its acceptability
to the community.
